What happens when the housing of the future is not just discussed but tested in reality, together with those who will actually live there? This is the idea behind Living Lab Lund.

HSB Skåne has chosen to work closely with Skanska to build Living Lab Lund, HSB Skåne Future in Brunnshög, a residence where people's everyday lives are at the center of the development of tomorrow's homes.

Imagine a place where the future of living is not only discussed – but tested in everyday life, together with those who live there. This is the idea behind Living Lab Lund that we at HSB Skåne, together with Skanska, are currently planning.
